Peritix Technology Advisors ("Peritix," "we") operates peritix.ai. We help organizations govern and measure their use of AI — so we hold ourselves to the standard we sell. Questions about this policy can go to awelch@peritix.com.
Information you give us. If you submit our demo request form, we collect your name, work email, organization, organization size, and what you're interested in. That's it — we ask for what we need to respond to you, and nothing else.
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate region, and how you arrived. This is aggregate product feedback for us, not advertising. We do not run ads, sell data, or track you across other websites.
Form submissions are used to respond to your request and, if you engage with us, to manage that relationship. Analytics are used to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Like most companies, we rely on a small set of service providers: HubSpot (customer relationship management — form submissions are stored there), Google Analytics (site analytics, only with your consent), and Vercel (website hosting, which processes standard server logs). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
The site sets analytics cookies only if you accept them in the consent banner, plus one small entry in your browser's local storage to remember that choice. Declining changes nothing about how the site works. You can revisit your choice any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and any ongoing relationship. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email awelch@peritix.com and we'll act on it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted plainly here — no silent edits.
